Job summary

Invenia is hiring its first US Field Service Engineer to lead technical support in the Americas as our systems go live. You will install, calibrate, and repair advanced microscopy systems on customer sites, with on-site and remote support across hardware, software, lasers and optics.

You will demo and train customers, manage your diary, travel and spare parts in the US, and collaborate with a European team on tougher issues and product feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service or technical support in life sciences, diagnostics or medical devices.
• Hands-on advanced microscopy experience and deep instrument understanding.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Valid US driving licence and right to work in the US.
