Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a science field (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user
• HPLC and GC experience is highly desirable
• Experience troubleshooting and solving problems
• Experience with Agilent solutions is desirable but not essential
• Strong verbal and written communication; clear, respectful, timely
• Willingness to travel (50%) and visit customers

Responsabilités

• Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
• Perform maintenance and repairs
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations impacting product performance
• Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent interruptions
• Deliver fully integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, OS and applications software
• Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
