Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventive maintenance, and repair customer equipment.
• Schedule resources and logistics for service activities at customer sites.
• Communicate with customer technicians about equipment status to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze test data to diagnose issues and support design/process corrections.
• Provide technical phone support to customers.
• Work with limited direction and show initiative.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word.
