Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Field Engineer based in Columbia, SC to install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instruments used in newborn screening laboratories.

The role involves up to 25% travel across the United States to ensure optimal instrument performance and high customer satisfaction. Key duties include on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and service contracts sales support.

Formación

• Associates degree or military experience with 2+ years9 experience in instrument maintenance.
• Valid drivers license and knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Electronics, or Mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair Revvity instruments to minimize recalls and provide warranty services.
• Business Development: Promote service contracts, upgrades, and laboratory products; assist local sales teams.
• Information/Asset Management: Maintain records, manage inventory, and handle tools and vehicles.
• Continuous Skill Development: Participate in ongoing training and maintain certifications.
