Revvity in Columbia, SC is seeking a Customer Support Field Engineer to install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instruments, with travel up to 25% across the United States to ensure peak instrument performance. You will support newborn screening labs, drive service contracts and upgrades, and manage service assets and records while maintaining certifications and advancing technical skills.

Formación
- Associate degree or military experience with 2+ years in instrument maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
Responsabilidades
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of Revvity instruments to ensure maximum uptime.
- Drive sales of service contracts, upgrades, and laboratory products; support local sales teams.
- Maintain accurate service records, manage inventory and assets.
- Participate in ongoing technical and professional development to enhance customer service.
