Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Colorado, Wyoming and Utah. You will install, maintain, calibrate, and repair laboratory equipment at customer sites, building strong relationships and ensuring peak equipment performance.

Based in the Denver area or surrounding regions, you will travel to customer sites within the territory, diagnose issues, document service reports, and collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems while upholding our

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or High School Degree with technical certification.
• 2+ years field service experience including calibration of balances and moisture analyzers.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
