Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service experience including calibration of balances and moisture analyzers.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing.
• Diagnose errors and determine appropriate solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes and build positive relationships with customers.
