Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service customers in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. The role includes installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment, with travel within the territory and a preference for residing near Denver, CO.

• 2+ years field service experience including calibration of balances and moisture analyzers.
• Associate's degree or Technical certification required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Flexibility to work shifts and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits.
• Manage installation, maintenance, repair and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely, detailed service reports and document processes.
