Ability to diagnose and repair a range of industrial equipment including robotic and printing systems.
Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada for training and service.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including printing and packaging systems.
Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory.
Provide proactive customer support and maintain strong customer relations.
Liaise between customers and other departments to resolve issues.
Possibly provide on-call service for emergencies as needed.
