EOS is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our industrial lasers and axis motion systems across customer sites in the Baltimore/Washington DC area.

You will perform installations, diagnostics, and routine maintenance, while providing on-site and remote assistance to ensure equipment functions to EOS standards. Travel may be extensive, including international assignments, and you will document all service activities thoroughly.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience servicing industrial equipment.
• Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical engineering technology.
• Experience in additive manufacturing data preparation.
• Thorough product knowledge on industrial lasers and axis motion systems.
• Proficient with reading schematics and diagrams.
• Computer literacy: Windows, networks, and office software.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Install equipment at customer facilities per EOS specs.
• Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting and repair assistance.
• Perform preventive maintenance within scheduled windows.
• Submit service documentation accurately per EOS procedures.
• Collaborate on training, documentation, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with 2nd level support to maintain install base.
• Maintain service records and field service reports.
• Manage service tools and spare parts inventory.
