EOS, the world market leader for industrial 3D printing, is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair printers at customer sites across the Nordic & Baltic region. You will train customers, provide remote support, and handle service requests, with in-house training in Germany as part of your development.

Expect regular travel within the Nordic region and occasional trips to Germany.

Competenze

• Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role with customer interaction.
• Knowledge of complex industrial machinery including electrical and mechanical components.
• Proficient IT skills with SAP and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nordic region and to Germany for training.
• English fluency; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot our industrial 3D printers at customer sites.
• Deliver system introductions and basic training sessions to customers.
• Provide remote advice and technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Support customers in service cases and manage requests through escalation processes.
• Participate in intensive in-house training on our machines and technology at our sites in Germany.
