Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system theory and operation

Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance to support customer installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with new equipment installations and customer training.
• Support contract sales and service-related activities as directed by management.
• Identify products or services that best fit customer needs and communicate recommendations.
• Develop and maintain competency on Markem-Imaje products through training and hands-on use.
