Job summary

Philips in the Austin/San Antonio area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites. You will manage customer relationships, ensure on-time responses, and generate service revenue while adhering to regulatory requirements.

This field role requires 1+ year in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries, a electronics-related associate degree, and willingness to travel 70% across the territory with

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking concepts to diagnose and repair equipment.
Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
Provide exceptional customer service, manage expectations, and address customer needs.
Complete administrative duties and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Travel up to ~70% across the Austin/San Antonio area; some overnight travel may be required.
