Segra is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage day-to-day network activities, including installation, commissioning, turn-up, testing, and field troubleshooting of transport and data networks.

Responsibilities include working with customers, service technicians, and support staff. The role requires in-office work five days a week and ongoing interaction with internal teams to ensure connectivity excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with telecom equipment such as routers, switches, and related gear.
• Familiarity with Cisco and/or Ciena hardware preferred.
• Understanding of network testing, turn-up, and field troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Perform circuit/node turn-up, testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle on-call duties and interact with customers and technicians.
