Segra is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our network with installation, commissioning, turn-up, and testing of telecom equipment. You will work on customer premises and handle on-call duties, coordinating with service technicians and support personnel to ensure reliable transport and IP/Data networks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in telecom field service, familiarity with Cisco/Ciena gear, and an Associate or technical degree.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Telecom equipment (ex.- Cisco, Ciena, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Telecom equipment

Responsabilidades

• Install and commission equipment
• Turn-up and testing of circuits/nodes
• Customer premise equipment setup
• On-call duties as required
• Coordinate with service technicians and support personnel
