Symmetrio is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to support, repair, and install complex medical equipment at customer sites and in-house. The role emphasizes diagnosing electronic, mechanical, software, and imaging issues while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

You will travel domestically and internationally, working with hospitals and healthcare facilities, and contribute to continuous equipment uptime and safe operation. Strong hands-on skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and customer-facing demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site and in-house service, repair, maintenance, and installation of complex medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, hardware, software, PC, networking, and imaging-related issues.
• Serve as primary technical and service contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Diagnose failures and implement cost-conscious repair strategies to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and remote assistance to customers and other field engineers.
• Maintain documentation of visits, issues, repairs, and parts used.
