Symmetrio is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to support, troubleshoot, and repair critical medical equipment. The role involves on-site and in-house service, installation, and technical support across complex systems, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring reliable healthcare access.

You will troubleshoot electronic, electromechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues, build strong customer relationships, and document activities in Salesforce.

Qualificações

• Significant experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Experience with testing/diagnostic equipment for verification and calibration.
• Strong knowledge of PCs and computer-based systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site and in-house service, repair, maintenance, and installation of complex medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, hardware, software, PC, networking, and wireless issues.
• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Diagnose failures and determine cost-effective repair strategies minimizing downtime.
• Provide technical support on operation, maintenance, and issues; assist with remote support as needed.
• Document service activity in Salesforce and other systems; complete required training and onboarding.
