Job summary

Symmetrio is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to support, troubleshoot, and repair complex medical equipment at customer sites and in-house facilities. You will diagnose electronic, electromechanical, software, and networking issues, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring equipment uptime.

You will travel domestically and internationally as needed, document service activities, and participate in ongoing professional training to stay current with technology and safety

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and in-house service, repair, maintenance, and installation of complex medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic, electromechanical, software, and networking issues.
• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Diagnose failures and implement cost-conscious repair strategies to minimize downtime.
• Provide remote technical support and training to customers and peers.
