Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Engineer I in Georgia to perform preventive maintenance on multiple modalities. You will assist with installation, learn troubleshooting under experienced engineers, and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Role involves following FMI/ISI guidelines, maintaining records, and coordinating with regional support to resolve issues. Willingness for after-hours coverage is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Web applications and Microsoft Office suite.
• Degree in an engineering field or equivalent military/externship program.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-time preventive maintenance and assist with equipment installation.
• Learn troubleshooting with experienced field engineers and support remote teams.
• Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain service logs, order parts, and track cycle times.
• Follow GEHC escalation processes and support revenue initiatives.
