Segra is seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer to manage day-to-day network activities, including equipment installation and testing in the Parkersburg, WV area. The role requires hands-on work with routers, switches, firewalls, and related transport infrastructure, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in telecom equipment and may hold an associate degree or technical training.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with telecom equipment (e.g., Cisco, Ciena).
• Knowledge of telecom equipment and field service operations.

Responsabilidades

• Install & commission equipment, perform turn-up & testing, and troubleshoot transport/IP networks.
• Interact with customers and internal teams; participate in on-call duties as required.
