Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer (Parkersburg WV) for a full-time role. You will handle installation, commissioning, turn-up, and testing of telecom equipment, including customer premises gear and network devices.

The role requires working in-office five days weekly, with on-call duties and collaboration with service technicians and support teams. Experience with Cisco/Ciena equipment and a technical background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telecom equipment experience.
• Knowledge of telecom equipment (e.g., Cisco, Ciena).
• Able to work in Parkersburg WV five days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission telecom equipment.
• Turn-up and testing of circuits/nodes.
• Manage customer premise equipment and network devices.
• On-call duties as required and interaction with customers and tech teams.
