GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Engineer 1 to deliver service and repair for GE OEC Surgical C-Arm equipment across the Pacific Region. The role is based in the Seattle area with ~75% time in Seattle and ~25% travel to Alaska; relocation is provided.

Responsibilities include installation, preventative maintenance, warranty/service repairs, and coordinating with customers to ensure satisfaction. You will maintain service logs, support revenue programs, and may train clinical staff on the

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical field with relevant experience
• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electromechanical/electronic equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns

Responsabilidades

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service on designated equipment
• Order and manage repair parts cycle times and PM tasks
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records
• Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Calibrate and maintain tools and test equipment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support contract renewals and revenue programs
• Work with local team to service assigned accounts
• May train clinical staff on equipment
