Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hardware, software, and IT support experience with proprietary and standard apps.
• May be required to meet background checks and security badges for access to facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as required.
• Shift: 3 PM to midnight OR 4 PM - 1 AM; on-call time may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems, including DoD facilities.
• Respond to, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve work orders within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software components with full case ownership.
• Independently troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Support government accounts requiring CAC eligibility.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, calibrations, and general technical support.
• Maintain inventory and assets.
• Document service activities and time logs accurately.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams for deployments.
