Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Cytek flow cytometry instruments and upgrades.
• Diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and verify performance after service.
• Maintain service documentation, scheduling, and customer communications.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Service Management to resolve issues.
