Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade Cytek flow cytometry instruments.
• Provide professional customer service and clear communication throughout service processes.
• Independently manage service activities, travel schedules, and customer appointments.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately within timelines.
