Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or technical military service preferred.
• 0–5 years of Flow Cytometry experience in a lab setting is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of biology as it relates to flow cytometry.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair flow cytometers and upgrade products in a timely manner.
• Provide professional customer service and support Cytek’s reputation of service excellence.
• Identify customer needs and contribute to product improvements.
• Manage daily schedule and prioritize urgent customer needs while setting expectations for less urgent issues.
• Customer management through telephone technical support, service visit scheduling, data collection, fault isolation, and site visit closure with high quality.
• Complete all business-related transactions including Field Service Reports, Instrument Qualification Reports, Parts Return Tags, and Travel Expenses.
• Manage personal service spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Other duties as assigned.
