Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of Flow Cytometry experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of biology related to flow cytometry.
• Technical/engineering background or military service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair flow cytometers and upgrade products at customer sites.
• Manage field service scheduling and communicate with customers to set expectations.
• Prepare Field Service Reports and other required documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain service parts inventory and ensure timely travel arrangements.
• Support continuous improvement of Cytek products through customer feedback.
