Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
• 0–5 years in field service, instrumentation, flow cytometry, or related field.
• Experience operating, maintaining, or repairing flow cytometry instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair Cytek flow cytometry instruments and upgrades.
• Diagnose issues to minimize downtime and restore performance.
• Manage service schedules, document service activities accurately.
