Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical training in life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 0–5 years in field service or instrumentation or related technical field.
• Experience with flow cytometry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Cytek flow cytometry instruments at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades; minimize downtime.
• Maintain service documentation and parts inventory; communicate findings to customers.
