Job summary

Cytek Biosciences Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the New York area to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Cytek flow cytometry instruments at customer sites.

You will manage service schedules, document activities, and communicate findings to customers and internal teams while collaborating with Technical Support and Service Management to drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor's in Life Sciences or Engineering is preferred with 0–5 years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
• 0–5 years of field service or related technical experience.
• Experience with flow cytometry or laboratory instrumentation is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Cytek flow cytometry instruments at customer sites.
• Prepare and complete service documentation and reports accurately.
• Manage schedules, spare parts, and customer communications.
