Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment at customer sites in the Miami area. You will manage installations, hardware/software upgrades, and closely communicate with clients during service events.

The role emphasizes electro-mechanical repair, safety compliance, and travel to various customer sites within the territory. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Certificates in related fields, i.e. mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs
• Keep customer updated on progress during maintenance
• Install machines and apply hardware/software upgrades
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete EH&S training
• Work at customer sites as required
