Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to service high-speed cash-handling equipment across assigned customer sites on a field-based basis. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, managing parts, and staying current with GLORY technology. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to read electric schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs on GLORY equipment.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or outages.
• Install machines and implement hardware/software upgrades.
• Travel within territory and work with customers at sites.
