Job summary

GLORY FIELD SERVICE is seeking a Field Service Technician in Miami, FL to be the face of GLORY Field Service. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, install systems, and keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or outages.

Ideal candidates have electro-mechanical expertise, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license. You will travel to client sites, adhere to safety guidelines, and participate in a broad benefits program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Certificates in related fields preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation
• Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices that affect system upgrades, and Hardware/Software upgrades that may require technical assistance
• Adhere to safety guidelines and policies, complete required EH&S training
