Job summary

GLORY seeks a Field Service Technician for field-based work across the United States. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts/tools, and stay current with GLORY technology. A company van is provided and a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics or electrical engineering studies, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry knowledge.
• 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.
• Hold a valid driver's license; this role involves travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction on service calls.
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs on high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Keep customer informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
• Complete installations and hardware/software upgrades requiring technical assistance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete EH&S training.
