Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to service high-speed cash-handling equipment across customer sites in the United States. The role requires diagnostic repair work, installation of hardware/software updates, and strong customer communication.

The field-based position involves travel, driving a company van, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Excellent technical background in electro-mechanics and electronics, plus 3–5 years of field service experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication
• Working knowledge of personal computers and email
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
• 3–5 years of technical field service repair preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs
