Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Georgia is seeking an Associate Field Engineering Specialist to travel up to 25% and service Roche Diagnostics equipment for laboratory customers. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support, with opportunities to promote service contracts and improve system performance.

The ideal candidate has a technical background with hands-on hardware/software repair experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma plus 2 years technical training or equivalent military training.
2 years of experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.

Responsibilities

Ensure and maximize customer satisfaction with Roche equipment and related products; promote communication among teams to exceed expectations.
Install, maintain and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment; identify and analyze problems and escalate when needed; perform preventative maintenance.
Identify revenue opportunities; promote service contracts and market services to customers.
Provide routine technical support and operator troubleshooting training as needed.
Complete and document all service and account-related reports, updates, and emails in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain expenses, and control inventory and company property.
