F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking an Associate Field Engineering Specialist to join the Roche Support Network in the South Atlanta, GA area.

The role involves traveling to customer sites to install, service, and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment and provide value through effective technical support. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2 years of technical training or equivalent experience, with preference for an engineering degree and electronics/IT knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of technical school or military training or equivalent work experience.
2 years of experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
Preferred: Engineering degree in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical or related; knowledge of electronics and IT.

Responsibilities

Travel up to 25% and support South Atlanta, GA territory with Roche equipment and services.
Install, maintain, and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment following standard procedures.
Identify and analyze problems, perform repairs or escalate as needed.
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and monitor equipment performance.
Provide routine technical support and customer training when needed.
Document service reports and manage inventory and expenses per policy.
