Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of technical schooling or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction with Roche equipment and services.
• Install, maintain, and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment per standard procedures.
• Identify problems, perform repairs or escalate as needed.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide routine technical support and operator training.
• Document service and account reports in a timely, professional manner.
