Job summary

Cold Jet is seeking a Service Technician based in Loveland, Ohio, to manage installations, servicing, and troubleshooting of dry ice blasting machines and manufacturing equipment. The role involves on-site repairs, technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in a technical field or equivalent military training, alongside at least 5 years of field service experience with mechanical equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field service working with mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs at customer sites and at the office.
• Provide technical remote support and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Generate and update service quotes and job entries in company software.
• Contribute to sales of parts and service.
• Support other departments (sales, engineering, operations).
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
