Job summary

Octillion Power Systems is seeking a field-oriented technician to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting testing and maintenance of high voltage battery systems. You will travel to customer sites, perform battery pack tests, and assist with installation, repair and data collection as part of ongoing service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service experience to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Test lithium ion battery packs.
• Repair and maintenance of high voltage lithium-ion battery systems.
• Support day-to-day engineering tasks and align workflow with schedule.
• Manufacture wire harnesses and test rigs for battery pack manufacturing and testing.
• Travel to customer sites to collect data.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs.
• Maintain tool kits, laptops, connectors and proprietary equipment.
• Communicate technical issues to customers.
• Prepare daily activity logs and part tracking sheets.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.
