Responsibilities include testing, repairing HV and LV battery systems, preparing test rigs, and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing. Travel to customer sites is required to deliver reliable service and maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience testing lithium-ion battery packs and assessing performance.
• Hands-on repair of high- and low-voltage battery systems.
• Ability to collect data, document maintenance logs and support testing.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site service.

Responsibilities

• Test lithium-ion battery packs to verify performance.
• Repair high voltage and low voltage battery systems and replace components.
• Manufacture or set up test rigs and wire harnesses as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate findings to customers.
• Maintain tools, laptops, and proprietary equipment on site.
• Provide on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.
• Create daily activity logs and track parts usage.
