Position Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client sites. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure equipment at customer locations
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on machinery
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures and malfunctions
• Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage
• Document service activities and generate reports for management
• Collaborate with other engineering and technical teams to improve service delivery
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of PLC, MCC, and motor systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
