The Field Service Engineer reports to the Field Service Manager and will be part of a team of Service Engineers distributed throughout Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and other Adriatic countries. The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, supporting clients in case of technical problems related to equipment, and providing remote support.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing (installation, calibration, preventive maintenance) our installed base and new equipment within Slovenia.

The position is remote/field-based.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, and repair of measuring equipment on a daily basis on customer sites.

• Promoting the sale of service in the designated region in cooperation with colleagues from sales and administration departments.

• Providing technical support for the sales team.

• Training and technical consulting.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University degree in engineering, e.g., automation/electronics or similar.

• Valid driving license cat. B and willingness to drive across Slovenia to visit customers, with some occasional overnight stays.

• Fluent Slovenian language and advanced English skills.
