Job Description Summary
As the Field Engineer -1, you will perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system in the Phoenix, Arizona Area.

Responsibilities
  • Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal healthcare delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, ensure timely communication, resolution, and proper follow-up to drive satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance; document all work performed, including parts ordered.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education, participation in GE Healthcare Biomedical or Field Engineer Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of electronic equipment servicing experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted; capable of bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling, crawling, sitting, and standing for long periods; good hand and finger dexterity.
  • Availability for after-hours work and/or rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
