Job summary

Guided Search Partners client seeks a Field Service Engineer to support niche laboratory instruments in the Baltimore/DC area. Responsibilities include on-site service, installation, commissioning, and training at customer locations, plus depot repair and remote technical support.

The role requires hands-on lab experience and the ability to travel domestically across the U.S. Chemistry background is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and supporting lab instruments or electro-mechanical instruments.
• Prior field service not required, will take a hands-on person coming from the lab.
• Ability to travel around the U.S. as needed.
• Chemistry background is ideal, but not required.

Our client is an established manufacturer of instruments used for R&D and Quality. There is a heavy focus food/ bev (human & pet), pharma, fragrance, cosmetic and personal care markets. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Baltimore/ DC area. They manufacture very niche instruments with very few competitors.
