Job summary

The Colonial Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment on-site across the East Coast. You will build strong customer relationships and manage preventative maintenance while supporting contract renewals and system sales.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field service experience, an EE/Mechatronics background, and the ability to travel 60% with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years servicing industrial/mechanical/electromechanical equipment or equivalent military experience.
• Associate's/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong communication and field troubleshooting skills.

What you bring:

• Strong communication skills — you can explain technical issues in plain terms
• Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with travel and on-call work
