Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Dock and Door Technician to join our service team in Boise, Idaho. You will repair and service dock/door equipment, communicate with customers and leadership, and maintain accurate paperwork while representing the company professionally.

Requirements include strong communication, safety knowledge, and a valid license. Expect travel within territories, overtime as needed, and ongoing certification support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown experience or comparable service experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of Dock and Door equipment sold and serviced.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with Service leadership and customers.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Have necessary tools to perform repair and scheduled service.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Pass Raymond Certification and recertification as applicable.
