Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate field service repairs, schedule technicians, and manage parts orders and invoicing. You will keep all stakeholders updated on repair status and job progression.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in service coordination, and a strong sense of urgency to deliver customer satisfaction. On-call hours and knowledge of Caterpillar systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations is required.
• Computer skills (software and internet usage) are required.
• On-call after hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Be point of contact for all field service repairs.
• Schedule all repairs and order parts as needed.
• Quote repairs as needed and open/close work orders.
• Search for service letters, product updates and additional repairs.
• Monitor life day labor and work in process through Service Link.
• Maintain average life day labor 10 days or less for invoicing.
• Communicate with customer upon job completion.
