Yancey Bros. Co., a Georgia-based Caterpillar equipment dealer, seeks a Field Service Dispatcher in Macon. You will coordinate field technicians, schedule repairs, order parts, and manage invoicing while keeping all parties updated on repair status.

Ideal candidates provide strong organizational skills, urgency, and teamwork to ensure responsive customer service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Computer skills for software and internet usage.
• On-call after hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Be point of contact for all field service repairs.
• Schedule repairs and order parts as needed.
• Quote repairs as needed.
• Open and close work orders.
• Search for service letters, product updates and repairs.
• Monitor life-day labor and work in process via Service Link.
• Maintain life-day labor under 10 days for invoicing.
• Communicate with customers daily about updates.
• Notify customer upon job completion.
• Participate in safety program and work safely.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
