Job summary

Aston Carter seeks a Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily field operations, assign work orders, and serve as the main customer contact. You will use Sage 300 CRE and Microsoft Office to organize activities, process time cards, and ensure timely service for commercial clients.

The role requires 2+ years in dispatching or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage 50–60 calls weekly with 6–7 technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, dispatching, or project management.
• Experience coordinating service calls and technician schedules.
• Proficient with Sage 300 CRE Service Management and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily schedules and workloads for service technicians using Sage 300 CRE Service Management.
• Create and assign work orders to technicians for service, maintenance, repairs, and returns.
• Schedule service calls and keep customers informed of schedules and lead times.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to messages promptly and professionally.
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate service calls as they come in.
• Update dispatch board and forecast workload 2–3 days ahead.
